Best Miami Restaurants To Try While Attending the MIA Boat Show

January 31, 2024

If you’ve never been to Miami before you’re in for a treat.  There’s so much culture in Miami, it’s truly an international city.  Miami has some of the best restaurants in the world.  And when you’ve spent hours on your feet looking at boats, chatting with the yachting community, you’ll be ready to find a place to refuel, have fun, and of course enjoy good food.  Here are some of our recommendations and we highly suggest making reservations in advance to avoid long waits.

Red Rooster

This is a great eatery serving lunch, dinner, and brunch.  On top of that, they have an amazing happy hour every day, which runs from 4:00pm until 7:00pm.  For the seafood lover, Thursdays are $2.00 oysters!  Red Rooster is known for serving exceptional comfort food but at a reasonable price.  And for a nighttime scene, there’s often live music to entertain the group.   For more information on this restaurant, click here.

Kissaki

A name you may have already heard of, as they have several locations in New York; they’ve just recently opened their doors down in Miami Beach.  What sets this restaurant apart from others is that Kissaki actually has their own Fishery and Wildlife license.  The restaurant gets the majority of their fish directly from Japan; basically Chef Valerio can get your piece of fish from Japan, to your plate, in about 24 hours.  Now that’s fresh! Crazy About You

Located on the waterside, Crazy About You is not an over priced option, which can be difficult to find in Miami.  The best deal is on Wednesdays, when they offer half off all cocktails and beers AND 25% off bar food.  Their food has lots of Spanish and Italian influences.  Their bayfront terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the water, sip on a cocktail, and watch the city of Miami light up as the sun sets. You can find more information here.

Cote Miami

Cote is a high-end Korean barbecue steakhouse, with multiple locations in the world.  Cote Miami’s menu features USDA PRIME beef, stiff martinis, and over 1200 wine labels to select from.  If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or just feel like splurging on an evening out, Cote Miami is a great date night setting.  The food is cooked on smokeless grills table side, creating that ‘dinner and a show’ environment.  For more information click here.
