New Listing Coming in March 2023 - Helia 44 Maestro 

This Helia 44 Owners version with 3 double cabins all with ensuites was sold by MiCats back in 2014 to the current owners, having only be owned by the first owners for 12 months. She is good condition and has been serviced and lifted most years for storage ashore and new antifouling. 

Fitted with a bow thruster and recent addition of a new in-boom furling system costing 20K GBP, she can be easily sailed shorthanded.

Sails / Rigging

New roller reefing boom operated using aux winch complete with new mainsail

Original furling Genoa on fore stay roller reefer. Still in good condition.

Downwind/Reaching sail

Fountaine Pajot bowsprit. Second halliard. Roller reefing furler. This sail is smaller than the code zero but can be used up to 15 knots of wind giving up to 10 knots of speed. Sail is perfect and only one season old. 

New trampoline.

New windlass plus original anchor fitted with swivel and 100m stainless chain.

Bow thruster fitted to port hull with independent battery and joystick control from helm.

All new cushions - only had four weeks use.

New Garmin multifunction display mounted in modified helm binnacle. This is a wonderful piece of equipment and enables the helm to see everything that is happening regarding the plot and the wind conditions.

The boat would come as is with all crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. Plus all bedding, most of which is new, towels, etc. This means that the boat will be in a ready to go sea.

The boat is maintained and serviced on an annual basis, with new antifoul being applied this month. 

There is a possibility to extended the mooring for a further year if required by the new owners.

 Generally, the boat is in very good condition. Everything works and has been meticulously maintained.
